What is measured?
What is measured? The activities count the bold headings on the grid, namely:
- Active projects – if less than 1, the count is incremented
- SWOT and 3 Year plan – if not present, the count is incremented
- Minutes posted since last WGM – whether on the Wiki or at the HL7 web site, if not present the count is incremented
- Wiki and GForge presence – if not present, the count is incremented
- Last list serv activity – if no activity has occurred on the list serv since the last WGM, the count is incremented
- WG CC Scheduled – if the Work Group has not scheduled any conference calls since the last WGM, the count is incremented (I validate using our conference calling service records whether calls were actually conducted, in addition to whether they were scheduled, as well)
- SD CC Participation – if the Work Group did not have representation at half the Steering Division conference calls since the last meeting, the count is incremented - for DESD the participation in online Doodle voting is measured as they do not convene conference calls...
- 2009 SD TSC Election Participation – if the Work Group did not cast a vote for their Steering Division co-chair, or representative of the Steering Division to the TSC, the count is incremented
- WGM scheduled – if the Work Group did not schedule any meetings in person at the WGM, the count is incremented.
Key:
- 0-3: Green light
- 4-7: Yellow light
- 8+ : Red light
